Cindy Rockwell |

Founder, Managing Partner & VP Business Development

Cindy brings over 25 years of experience to AppLifts. She founded AppLifts to continue her career of providing key technology and business solutions to effectively meet companies’ needs. Cindy’s depth of experience has crossed all sectors of service-oriented business from sales to operations, accounting to IT.

Focused on executive strategy and business development in a coaching and mentoring capacity, Cindy helps Fortune 500 government entities, entrepreneurial small businesses and non-profits to leverage their key strengths to deliver robust solutions and increase profitability. Her skills help organizations fulfill a need for strategic planning coupled with operational action plans to foster success for key stakeholders, employees, clients and partners.

Most recently, Cindy’s roles have included: CIO and Managing Partner of Keyot, CEO of software company CustomerVision, and previously, Group Vice President at Wells Fargo and Executive at the Principal Financial Group. She brings a vast array of business and technology real-world expertise to any organization and its management team.

Becky McCrea |

Founder, Managing Partner & Chief Technology Officer

Becky has developed innovative technology solutions for over 15 years as a software engineer, full-stack developer, Salesforce® administrator and Salesforce® lightning developer.

She has worked closely with a diverse array of industries and businesses to define and deliver on their technology needs. Her information technology experience has crossed many niche services including development, architecture, and infrastructure in end-to-end deliverables.

Becky’s career has been focused on bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders by identifying ways to improve company operations, advising on the software solutions needed, and developing custom-built applications that provide customers with an outstanding user experience. Her rare combination of skills allows her to envision a client’s big picture strategy, develop a solution to enhance the business, and deliver a product on a solid platform.

Becky has provided training to local business analysts, quality assurance analysts, project managers, scrum masters and developers, and she created and taught collegiate courses through DMACC. When Becky isn’t working out at the gym, she attends local developer meetings and enjoys participating in startup events. Becky and her husband, Nick, have two children and live in the Des Moines metro area.

Molly Woodruff |

Managing Partner & Client Delivery Leader

Molly began her career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse and after transitioning to the business sector, has succeeded in multiple roles from account management to delivery management and Salesforce® administration with AppLifts. She brings a unique set of skills and abilities to help ensure a successful client experience and sees projects through to successful implementation.

Molly is an experienced Salesforce® Administrator and brings depth and understanding to provide clients the guidance they need to fully utilize their Salesforce® investment. She is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner. As a LIFO Certified Practitioner, Molly consults organizations on how to build on the strengths of individuals and teams, focusing on building a streamlined and effective culture of communication and understanding, the key to success.

Molly enjoys volunteering in her free time and has been a Make-A-Wish, wish granter, for many years. Molly and her husband, Blake, have four children and live on their family farm.
